Accountabilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact, ensuring strong relationships and long-term retention.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid social campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment setting.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, targeting, bids, and creatives to achieve cost-per-appointment and conversion targets.
- Lead bi-weekly client calls and deliver performance reports, clearly communicating insights, results, and strategic recommendations.
- Develop ad copy, hooks, and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences and high-net-worth prospecting.
- Collaborate with creative teams and leverage AI tools to improve speed and quality of campaign messaging and testing.
- Set up and maintain tracking systems, including pixels, conversion events, CRM integrations, and automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, Calendly).
- Troubleshoot performance and technical issues across ad platforms and client systems to ensure consistent campaign efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in paid media with a strong specialization in Meta advertising and performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable performance outcomes.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and direct-response video sales scripts.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and basic marketing automation tools.
- Experience working with lead generation funnels and appointment-setting campaigns is highly preferred.
- Exposure to financial services marketing or high-ticket, considered purchase industries is a strong advantage.
- Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to independently diagnose issues and implement solutions quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain performance insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
