Accountabilities

    In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and growth of key partnerships while creating scalable frameworks that drive business impact. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize partner performance, and build long-term value through strategic collaborations.

    • Define and execute a long-term AI, technology, and ecosystem partnership strategy to identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
    • Develop a deep understanding of AI, cloud, commerce, advertising, and technology ecosystems to inform business strategy and product decisions.
    • Build and manage relationships with strategic technology partners, ensuring strong alignment, commercial success, and long-term collaboration.
    • Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities across multiple industries and channels, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Lead complex partnership negotiations, commercial discussions, and strategic deal cycles from opportunity identification through execution.
    • Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, risk, finance, and data teams to design and launch high-impact partnership initiatives.
    • Develop joint go-to-market strategies, integrations, and programs that increase customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
    • Track partner performance metrics, including revenue impact, adoption, customer growth, and operational effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
    • Create executive-level presentations, business cases, and data-driven narratives to support strategic decisions.
    • Establish governance processes, operating rhythms, and reporting frameworks to ensure successful partnership execution.
    • Leverage AI tools to improve analysis, automate reporting, identify opportunities, and enhance partnership effectiveness.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on AI and platform partnerships, educating internal teams and influencing strategic direction.
    • Requirements

      The ideal candidate is a strategic and commercially minded leader with extensive experience building technology partnerships and driving growth initiatives. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, influencing senior stakeholders, and combining analytical expertise with strong relationship-building capabilities.

      • 10+ years of experience in strategy, partnerships, consulting, business development, or technology-focused roles, with proven success managing complex partnerships.
      • Strong understanding of AI, platform ecosystems, technology partnerships, and emerging market trends.
      • Experience developing and executing partnership strategies that generate measurable business outcomes.
      • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage relationships with senior external stakeholders.
      • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to evaluate opportunities and optimize commercial performance.
      • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Salesforce Einstein, or similar technologies to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
      • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and tools used for pipeline management, reporting, and strategic analysis.
      • Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to execute go-to-market initiatives and co-selling strategies.
      • Ability to process complex information, structure recommendations, and communicate clearly with executive audiences.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative, results-oriented approach to overcoming challenges.
      • Experience in consulting environments or top-tier strategy organizations is a plus.
