Accountabilities:
- Lead the overall sales operations strategy, optimizing processes, systems, and data to improve revenue performance and operational efficiency across the go-to-market organization.
- Drive large-scale revenue operations transformation initiatives, including Salesforce data governance, pipeline hygiene, workflow automation, standardized reporting, and process optimization.
- Build and maintain executive reporting, forecasting models, dashboards, and sales analytics that provide actionable insights for strategic business decisions.
- Oversee core sales operations functions including pipeline management, forecasting cadence, deal desk operations, territory planning, quota administration, and sales compensation processes.
- Partner closely with Marketing to optimize lead lifecycle management, funnel performance, attribution models, and marketing operations.
- Manage the Salesforce ecosystem and integrated GTM technology stack, ensuring system reliability, continuous improvement, vendor management, and scalable automation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish operational best practices, improve cross-functional alignment, and support predictable, sustainable revenue growth.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, including at least 3 years leading the function within a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale operational transformation initiatives involving CRM optimization, reporting standardization, process redesign, and workflow automation.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce and modern revenue operations technologies, including automation tools, CPQ platforms, sales engagement solutions, compensation management systems, business intelligence platforms, and data enrichment tools.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience in forecasting, sales compensation modeling, pipeline analysis, capacity planning, and unit economics.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change while maintaining operational continuity and driving adoption across multiple business functions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills with the ability to influence executive-level decisions.
- Experience within cybersecurity or enterprise technology organizations is considered an advantage.
- Competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $220,000 – $280,000, depending on experience and location.
