What you'll do
Location: Field Based – Poole
Employment Type: Full Time | Permanent
What you'll earn
- Commission-only role with a guaranteed minimum payment of £2,120 per month
- £60,000–£70,000 OTE
- Uncapped commission
- 45p per mile mileage reimbursement

Your earnings are uncapped – the more business you win, the more you earn.
Responsibilities
- Attend pre-booked appointments with local businesses to demonstrate Flatpay's payment solutions and convert opportunities into customers
- Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking and local prospecting
- Understand each merchant's needs and recommend the most suitable solution
- Deliver and install payment terminals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Build long-term customer relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience
- Share customer feedback and market insights with our Sales Development, Marketing and Product teams

Background & Requirements
- Experience closing sales in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a personal vehicle five days a week
- Willingness to travel across your assigned territory
- Fluent in English
- Right to work in the UK (we're unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time)
- Previous payments industry experience is not required

Hiring Process
1. Application Review – Our Talent Team reviews your CV to assess your experience and potential.
2. Talent Team Call (20–30 minutes) – We'll learn more about your background, discuss the role and territory, and answer any questions you may have.
3. Final Interview – Depending on the role and location, this will either be:
- A group assessment session (around two hours with 10–15 candidates), including practical exercises and role plays, or
- A 1:1 Microsoft Teams interview with a Regional Manager.
4. Offer – Successful candidates receive a fast turnaround offer, with onboarding dates available each month.
