- Develop goals, priorities, area of focus and strategies for Advanced Solutions towards profitable growth and working capital optimization.
- Lead, guide and motivate a team of Business Managers and Product Managers to design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of company and vendors goals
- Maintain close relationships with all vendors and key partners clear understanding of their expectations.
- Constantly updated with market information from various sources and able to act quickly to market changes. Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable skilled resources to effectively deliver results.
- Keenly monitor performance benchmark in market share, profitability, inventory level and team’s KPIs.
- Close collaboration and alignment of plans with internal sales team and regional business unit.
- Optimize each product in the portfolio to identify opportunities to grow or to discontinue.
- Act as the primary representative of the company in events, conferences etc for Advanced Solutions products.
- Ensure adherence to all legal rules and guidelines of the company
- Proven experience as product management lead or relevant role in IT industry. Must have at least 7 years of managing a team of no less than 10 persons.
- Highly analytical with a keen attention to detail. Has good understanding of data analysis techniques and financials
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
- Able to effectively balance multiple priorities and keep pace with the fast-moving market.
