We are looking for our next Food & Beverage stars! There are multiple positions available to work across all our venues, for the perfect candidates with customer service experience and a passion for theatre and live events.
This is a casual position, and the hours are generally between 5pm – 11pm Tuesday – Sunday, with day shifts on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. We are looking for people that can work at least four shifts a week to ensure that we have a small and dedicated team.
All applicants must be over 18 and obtain a valid NSW RSA.
Bar attendant and Supervisor roles available.
We provide short shifts with manageable workloads and flexible hours that work wonderfully around university and other career schedules. Rates are as per the Live Performance Award, with generous Sunday rates applicable.

Working closely with a small, dedicated group, we are looking for all-rounders who love hospitality service, learning new skills and working in a fast paced and exciting environment. Applicants should be articulate, have a love for customer service and a genuine interest in the theatre. Beyond that, we will teach you everything you need to know!Responsibilities
Your role will include elements such as pouring and serving drinks, preparing basic food options, moving and replacing stock, running functions and always a friendly face there to ensure our patrons have an exceptional theatre experience. We have a limited bar menu and service is short, sharp and fast!
