Department Overview

We aim to resolve challenges for corporate clients through the provision of Rakuten Mobile and other Group assets, while maximizing revenue across the Rakuten Group's corporate business.

We build and operate CRM infrastructure that maximizes the potential of our sales organization and enhances the quality of decision-making. By leveraging the power of technology to remove barriers in the field, we act as frontrunners supporting the overwhelming growth of Rakuten Mobile's corporate business.

Position Details

- Requirement definition, modification, and operation of various Salesforce objects.

- System design and implementation for the optimization of sales processes.

- Maintenance and operation of data infrastructure and support for security audits.

- Participation in cross-company projects related to data utilization.

Work Environment
The team consists of 3 members.
As a small, high-performance team, we work in an environment where we can engage in tasks with speed and close proximity to management.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Practical experience (1+ years) in requirement definition, modification, and operation of various Salesforce objects.

- Highly motivated to learn new things and proactive in taking on unfamiliar challenges.

- Ability to communicate smoothly with relevant stakeholders and demonstrate a collaborative spirit.

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in development/automation using Apex or Python.

- Experience involving business operations using accounting knowledge.

- Practical experience in data analysis.

- Experience in driving operations as a project leader.
