Accountabilities
- Own and execute enterprise sales strategies across large global accounts, focusing on long-term revenue growth
- Manage and close complex deals ranging from 200K to 2M+ USD within multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
- Conduct in-depth discovery with engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders to identify pain points and business needs
- Develop consultative, value-based solutions that improve engineering workflows and reduce time-to-market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across key enterprise accounts
- Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage and forecast a high-value enterprise pipeline with strong accuracy and discipline
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to support renewals, expansion opportunities, and customer lifetime value growth
- Develop strategic account and territory plans to identify new opportunities and drive structured growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Development teams to align customer needs with internal strategy
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of closing high-value deals
- Proven success selling into large organizations with 10,000+ employees and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong consultative and solution-based selling approach, particularly in technical or industrial sectors
- Experience managing deals in the 200K to 2M+ range with multiple stakeholders involved
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior executives, procurement teams, and technical leaders
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills in complex enterprise environments
- Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
- Strong pipeline management discipline with ability to prioritize and progress multiple opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Self-driven mindset with a strong focus on exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or similar industries is a strong plus
