Accountabilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and their families by understanding their needs and connecting them with appropriate resources and referrals.
    • Conduct targeted conversations to assess individual situations and gather relevant personal information required to identify suitable support options.
    • Obtain geographic preferences and specific criteria to deliver accurate and personalized recommendations.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally through phone and written interactions with clients and service providers.
    • Handle customer questions and concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving skills.
    • Perform quality assurance follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and service effectiveness.
    • Maintain accurate records and complete data entry with strong attention to detail, grammar, and documentation standards.
    • Consistently uphold service quality standards while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Complete additional operational tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree required.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and empathetically.
      • Proven customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive and supportive experiences.
      • Ability to manage sensitive conversations with discretion, patience, and professionalism.
      • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
      • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
      • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity in a remote environment.
      • Comfortable using technology and digital tools to manage customer interactions and documentation.
