But this isn't just a coverage position: The revenue projects will keep coming and you’ll have a long-term progression path in our team as we scale.🎯 Performance objectivesRevenue Strategy ExecutionOwn the 2027 business planning process. Drive the process (with Sebastian, Clifton, and Benedikt, our VP Finance & Operations) of building and stress-testing our 2027 business plan — from strategic assumptions to a board-ready document, completed by Q4 2026.Advance the OEM GTM strategy. Keep OEM initiatives moving across geographies — coordinate execution across Inga's team, track milestones, unblock decisions, and ensure Seba always has the right context to make fast calls as we expand into new markets.Drive strategic projects in the revenue department. Take ownership of cross-functional revenue projects (e.g. PCB or the Global Solutions Team, though the specific list will shift): understand the root cause, define a target state, build a project plan to get there, and support its execution — through project management and reporting, hands-on execution when a project stalls, and quality assurance of what the team delivers.Cross-Functional ExecutionBe the connective tissue.
