Key responsibilities

  • End to end analysis of Field Service & Enterprise Asset Management scope
  • Collaborate with other groups like Architects, Business Partners, Business Analysts
  • Work with the functions and SBG’s to understand the Field service / EAM requirements and priorities
  • Ensure IT systems and applications meet the requirements of the businesses and their processes
  • Partner with project teams to ensure adherence to common processes and definition of new processes
  • Data Analysis and Data Designing

Must have:

  • 5 years of IT experience with minimum of 2 years salesforce field service work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Should have:

  • Domain knowledge in Field Service and EAM
  • Should be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders across multiple functions at Honeywell.
  • Proven ability to work in a self-directed manner
  • Able to set priorities and remain flexible in a changing environment.
  • Builds relationships with and gains the trust of customers by always meeting commitments.
  • Acts with a sense of urgency, a bias for action and speed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
