Job Summary:
As a Sr Associate in Wealth Management Solutions GPB Deposit & Custody Sales Support team, you lead a team of analysts supporting banker/advisor sales for core banking. You drive deposit and custody sales enablement across USPB, EMEA, and IPB platforms. You partner with stakeholders to deliver client reviews, initiatives, and senior-ready materials.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support regional Deposit Sale Managers (DSM) to deepen client relationships with core banking
  • Position and price deposits as an asset class and provide treasury services support for Private Bank institutional clients (Family Offices, Foundations, Private Equity Firms, etc)
  • Create quarterly decks for market huddles and market updates 
  • Develop and understand competitors' deposit products and positioning across markets
  • Collaborate with the DSM to identify appropriate treasury solutions, perform cost benefit analysis, provide competitive pricing and run profitability model while supporting the sales pipeline
  • Assist DSM with client call preparation by creating review materials, pitchbooks and account plans
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, accurate product/pricing 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 7+ years of experience within financial services, supporting the banking business
  • Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal resources
  • Attention to detail with ability to operate independently and manage a team by clearly defining priorities and focus areas
  • Foundational knowledge of deposit and treasury solutions products & pricing philosophy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Advance Excel and Word)
