Accountabilities
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives focused on mid-market auto and personal lending accounts, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets and performance expectations.
- Own pipeline strategy and forecasting discipline by setting prospecting standards, tracking funnel health, and ensuring sufficient coverage across all stages of the sales cycle.
- Drive end-to-end deal execution, including pricing strategy, deal structuring, contract negotiation oversight, and approval governance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, marketing, product, customer success, and partnerships to align demand generation, positioning, and onboarding strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders within lending institutions to support complex sales cycles and long-term account growth.
- Provide structured market feedback to influence product direction, competitive positioning, and overall go-to-market strategy.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role within fintech, lending, or financial technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of auto and personal lending ecosystems, including underwriting, servicing workflows, procurement processes, and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams, drive pipeline generation, and consistently deliver against revenue targets in a complex sales environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, deal negotiation, and enterprise-level stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with modern CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) and strong analytical capability for pipeline and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external executive stakeholders.
- Active engagement with the lending industry ecosystem (events, market trends, publications, or partnerships) is highly valued.
