This role requires aligning Adobe's capabilities with clients' strategic goals, driving change management, and guiding them through digital transformation processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Assess Client Challenges: Assess and diagnose client business challenges to identify opportunities for transformation and growth, utilizing strong analytical skills to inform recommendations. • Design Transformative Solutions: Design and implement transformative solutions leveraging Adobe's suite of tools, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic goals and objectives. • Drive Change Management: Drive change management initiatives, guiding clients through digital transformation processes and ensuring successful adoption of new solutions. • Engage Stakeholders: Engage stakeholders through effective project management and communication, ensuring impactful outcomes and successful project delivery. • Deliver Impactful Outcomes: Deliver impactful outcomes by leveraging proficiency in stakeholder engagement and project management, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Business Strategy Understanding: Exposure to business strategy development and implementation, with an understanding of how to align technology solutions with business objectives. • Adobe Technology Ecosystem: Experience with Adobe's suite of tools, including understanding of their capabilities and applications in driving business transformation. • Analytical Skills: Exposure to data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to inform recommendations and drive business decisions. • Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering impactful outcomes and successful project execution. • Stakeholder Engagement: Exposure to stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, with an understanding of how to drive change management and guide clients through digital transformation processes. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Proficiency in Data Analysis: Exposure to advanced data analysis techniques and tools, enabling the ability to derive insights and inform business decisions. • Digital Transformation Knowledge: Experience working with digital transformation processes and technologies, with an understanding of how to drive change management and guide clients through complex transformations. • IT Service Management: Exposure to IT service management methodologies and frameworks, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and ensuring seamless integration with Adobe's technology ecosystem.
