Overview

Under the direction of the Director/Manager/ Charge Nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care. 

 

Shift: Night 12 Hr - C3 

Responsibilities

Incumbents in this postion are required to have knowledge and competency to assess, treat, interpret, and/or care for the population specifics as identified: Patients undergoing invasive intervention for Children through Geriatrics (> 65 years) at UF Health Leesburg.

Qualifications

Required to have knowledge of care for the population specifics as identified: Patients undergoing invasive intervention for Children through Geriatrics (> 65 years) at UF Health Leesburg. 

 

Required Education:   Associate degree 

 

Required Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Florida Registered Nurse License 

• BLS 

• ACLS 

• Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required 

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. 

• Med/Surg experience of 1 year preferred
