Accountabilities:
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers focused on growth, expansion, retention, and payments.
- Define and execute product-led growth strategies that increase self-service upgrades, cross-sells, account expansion, and customer lifetime value.
- Build and optimize self-service-to-enterprise pathways by improving Product-Qualified Lead (PQL) funnels and enabling effective collaboration with sales teams.
- Own the customer retention lifecycle by developing product strategies, engagement initiatives, and win-back programs to reduce churn and improve retention metrics.
- Drive the roadmap for a scalable global payments platform, including checkout optimization, subscription management, pricing innovation, and enterprise billing capabilities.
- Improve conversion performance across purchasing journeys, including checkout completion, subscription renewals, and payment experiences.
- Oversee fraud prevention, risk management, and compliance initiatives while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
- Establish experimentation frameworks, performance metrics, and strategic analyses to support data-driven product decisions.
- Partner with Engineering, Finance, Sales, Growth, Tax, and Legal teams to align product initiatives with business objectives and long-term scalability.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years leading and managing product teams.
- Proven expertise in Product-Led Growth (PLG), including SaaS acquisition funnels, retention strategies, expansion motions, and sales-assisted growth models.
- Strong knowledge of billing, payments, monetization platforms, checkout optimization, global payment methods, compliance, and fraud prevention.
- Demonstrated experience owning revenue-focused product metrics such as conversion, Gross Retention Rate (GRR), Net Retention Rate (NRR), and customer lifetime value.
- Strong analytical skills with experience designing and managing experimentation programs, including A/B testing frameworks.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex cross-functional environments and influence senior stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Legal.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical, financial, and product concepts into clear strategic recommendations for executive audiences.
- Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $178,500 to $210,000 per year, depending on geographic market, skills, experience, and qualifications.
