Accountabilities:

    The Associate Manager, B2B Sales will lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets while ensuring strong customer relationships and operational performance. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, team development, performance management, and client partnership.

    • Lead and coach sales teams to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly business objectives and performance targets.
    • Drive customer success and revenue growth initiatives, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
    • Monitor team performance, productivity, and customer experience metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development activities to support employee growth.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain reliable CRM data and reporting.
    • Analyze performance trends, customer insights, and market developments to create effective sales strategies and best practices.
    • Remove obstacles for sales teams and provide guidance to resolve challenges and maximize opportunities.
    • Act as an escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely, effective resolution.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, sales leadership, and external clients.
    • Collaborate with clients on reporting, forecasting, and performance objectives.
    • Ensure teams understand and execute operating plans, sales goals, and customer performance targets.
    • Coordinate team incentives and sales performance initiatives.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a sales professional with proven leadership experience and a strong ability to develop teams, improve performance, and drive business results. They should have experience managing sales operations, building strategies, and creating positive customer outcomes.

      • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a sales role.
      • Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
      • Strong background in customer experience, revenue growth, and sales performance management.
      • Demonstrated ability to build operational strategies and improve team effectiveness.
      • Proven success in coaching employees and retaining high-performing talent.
      • Experience maximizing revenue through sales methodologies and best practices.
      • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions in complex situations.
      • Experience managing change and adapting to evolving business priorities.
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
      • High school diploma or GED required.
      • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
