Overview

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and create outstanding candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance. This position is hybrid out of our AmTrust office. 4 days in the office, 1 day work from home.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate a seamless candidate experience.
  • Extend offers and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Promote employer branding initiatives and support talent attraction efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The expected salary range for this role is $60,000-$67,000/year.
