Regional Head – Pune | SMB Field Sales
Location: Pune
We're looking for a high-energy Regional Head to lead our SMB Field Sales business in Pune. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building high-performance teams, driving execution, and delivering consistent business growth.
What You'll Do:
Lead a team of Managers and BDEs to achieve monthly sales targets.
Drive field execution, productivity, and sales discipline through KRAs.
Coach, mentor, and develop first-line managers.
Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance.
Expand the customer base while improving renewals and revenue growth.
Review business metrics, pipeline, and conversion on a regular cadence.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has 8–15+ years of experience in Field Sales/SMB Sales.
Has managed large distributed sales teams through Managers.
Is data-driven and comfortable managing KRAs and productivity.
Has a strong track record of building and scaling sales teams.
Leads from the front with high energy and execution excellence.
Is willing to travel extensively across the region.
