Primary Location: United States (US) - Iowa  - Waterloo  Function: Operations (CA)Title: Inventory Analyst - 122170 Onsite/Remote:Onsite PositionYour Responsibilities As an Inventory Analyst for John Deere Waterloo Works located in Waterloo, IA, you will:Maintain accurate records for direct materials, reconcile discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actionWork closely with Operations, Production Control, Manufacturing Engineers, Department Auditors, and other factory teams to ensure inventory accuracyParticipate in Cycle Counts and Monthly Financial Inventory AuditsDevelop innovative and proactive methods to identify and resolve inventory issues before escalation VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this positionWhat Skills You Need 2 or more years in roles that demonstrate a working knowledge of Material Flow2 or more years in a manufacturing environment2 or more years demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy2 or more years collaborating with peers and teams cross functionally What Makes You Standout Cross-functional work experience in Materials and at least one other function and/or factoryExperience or certifications in Root Cause Analysis methodologyFluency in SAP with experience in warehouse environmentsAbility to collaborate and drive action within cross-functional teamsProficient in analyzing extensive data sets to uncover emerging trends and issues, ensuring timely and informed decision-makingUnderstanding assembly line and process design, material presentation and delivery, and corresponding visual management tools Education Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience What You'll GetAt John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
