As an IT Manager you are responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the hotel’s technology infrastructure, ensuring the continuity of critical systems (PMS, POS, networks, telecommunications, and corporate platforms). Ensures compliance with company standards in information security, technical support, and IT governance. Acts as a strategic partner to operational areas to drive innovative solutions that optimize processes, enhance the guest experience, and strengthen team productivity. Manages IT vendors, budget, and technology projects.
- Ensure continuous operation of the hotel’s technology systems (PMS, POS, networks, servers, WiFi, and telephony).
- Oversee information security and compliance with company standards and cybersecurity policies.
- Lead technical support for internal users, ensuring efficient response and resolution times.
- Manage and maintain the hotel’s network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
- Coordinate the implementation of technology projects and system upgrades.
- Manage the IT department budget and control costs.
- Oversee external vendors and technology service contracts.
- Train Team Members on the proper use of systems and digital tools.
- Identify opportunities for technological improvement and innovation aligned with the guest experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in hospitality or service industries.
- Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS), networks, servers, and telecommunications.
- Experience in cybersecurity and compliance with company standards.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Customer service mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
