This role focuses on driving efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and executing strategic initiatives smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesOn-site status.Oversee daily site operations to ensure maximum productivity, safety, and compliance with company policies.Lead, motivate, and develop local operational teams to achieve performance milestones and key targets.Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and implement strategic site improvements.Manage site resources, budgeting, and operational planning effectively to minimize overhead.Serve as the primary point of contact for local site resolutions, facility management, and escalation handling.QualificationsRequiredProven leadership experience within an operational, facility, or site management environment.Strong understanding of process optimization, resource allocation, and team development frameworks.Excellent organizational skills with a track record of driving operational excellence and meeting strict deadlines.A strong under-standing of the sports segment Knowledge of license managementThe ability to be agile and adaptable, responding to short-notice customer needs.
