Providence is calling for Senior Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to Providence Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, Washington. We have Full Time and Part Time openings in various shifts.

The Licensed Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services as part of the Interdisciplinary Team.  In collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team, administers an individualized, comprehensive and Resident centered Plan of Care in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations as may be directed by the Neighborhood Coordinator, Administrator, Director of Nursing, Primary Care Nurse or Resident.

Required Qualifications:

  • Upon hire: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience as a staff nurse with LTC.
  • Supervisory experience with nursing assistants.
  • Experience with an interdisciplinary team.
  • 1 year LTC geriatric experience.
  • ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE:  
    • Teaching Experience.  
    • 3 to 5 years direct care experience.  
    • MDS/RAI Experience.
