Job Overview

We are seeking experienced MIG and Stick Welders to repair and maintain transport racks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform quality repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Stick welding on transport racks and related equipment
• Inspect, repair, and reinforce damaged racks to meet quality standards
• Read and interpret basic welding instructions and measurements
• Perform grinding, fitting, and other welding preparation tasks as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Meet production and quality requirements

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG and Stick welding required
• Ability to pass an onsite welding test
• Experience with rack repair, fabrication, or industrial welding preferred
• Ability to use welding tools and equipment safely
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
