TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries.
We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.
We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.
About the team
The Engineering Infrastructure department builds and maintains the backbone of TradingView: cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, databases, observability, and platform services. We run complex multi-team programs — from high-availability redesigns to platform migrations — and we need a PM who doesn't just coordinate but genuinely understands what's being built.
If AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker aren't just buzzwords to you — you're who we're looking for.
Responsibilities
Lead infrastructure and platform projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, dependency management, risk tracking, and delivery control.
Work closely with DevOps, SRE, DBA, Cloud, and Observability teams — understand their technical context and translate it into project structure and stakeholder communication.
Identify process gaps and bottlenecks in engineering workflows; propose and drive improvements with clear metrics and documentation.
Build transparent status reporting across programs; keep engineering leads, product, and business stakeholders aligned.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment sessions, technical reviews, and retrospectives.
Spot automation and tooling opportunities; introduce AI-assisted approaches where they add real value.
Help teams remove blockers, manage competing priorities, and maintain momentum on long-horizon initiatives.
What makes you the perfect fit
5+ years of IT/technical project management experience, ideally including infrastructure, platform, or DevOps-related programs.
Solid understanding of modern infrastructure concepts — you know what Kubernetes orchestrates, why teams choose AWS over on-prem, and what a CI/CD pipeline is for.
Experience leading cross-functional projects with strong dependencies and ambiguous scope.
Practical command of project management, risk management, and process improvement.
Ability to manage priorities, metrics, and stakeholder expectations without formal authority.
Clear communicator: you listen, distill technical context, and drive outcomes across engineering and business audiences.
Systemic thinker: you see root causes, not symptoms, and understand how infrastructure decisions ripple across the business.
Ownership mindset: you follow through and pick up new context fast in a complex technical environment.
Knowledge of Russian and English (B2–C1).
Technologies you should be comfortable discussing: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS / GCP, CI/CD, Terraform / IaC, Observability, Linux, Jira / Confluence
You don't need to be an engineer — but you need to be able to have a real conversation with one.
Will be a plus
Direct hands-on infrastructure or DevOps background (SRE, Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer who moved into PM).
Experience in the finance or trading domain.
Certifications: PMP, Scrum, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, AWS/GCP Cloud Practitioner.
Experience in team or program management at scale (5+ engineering teams).
