What you will do-

Lead and execute the commercial strategy for the Endoscopy line in a region that covers the Metropolitan areas of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, driving growth while ensuring compliance, strong stakeholder relationships, and operational excellence.

  • Develop and execute local sales strategies aligned with national objectives.
  • Set territories, quotas, and targets for indirect channels and direct sales teams.
  • Drive forecasting, reporting, and demand planning, contributing to IBP discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs, HMOs, and key institutions.
  • Lead territory business reviews, sales meetings, and performance follow-ups.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability for the assigned territory.
  • Ensure full compliance with Stryker policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.

What you need-

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Previous sales management experience.
  • Experience leading highly complex B2B and capital equipment sales.
  • Track record leading and developing high performance teams.
  • Fluent in English.

Desired

  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Spanish.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Business or Commercial Strategy.
  • Knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) models.

Travel Percentage: 50%
