What You’ll Do

  • You will work with a variety of customers across sectors and industries to provide consultancy and Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll implementation services
  • Manage consulting project team, project schedule, tasks/deliverables, budget, risks, issues, and change control across complex Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll programs
  • Influence customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle HCM/Payroll solutions and services to facilitate successful consulting engagements and expansions
  • Contribute to statements of work, work breakdown structures, level-of-effort, and staffing plans; present and demonstrate HCM/Payroll implementation approaches and transformation roadmaps to customers
  • Build and maintain a network and up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll capabilities, integrations, localization, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead transition of deal knowledge to delivery teams; drive project management aspects to ensure high-quality, secure, compliant, and integrated HR/Payroll business solutions
  • Operate independently using Oracle methodology, company procedures, leading practices, and creativity to develop solutions on moderately to highly complex HCM/Payroll engagements, including multi-pillar programs
  • Provide high-quality work products; understand customers’ HR/Payroll challenges and requirements; identify process improvement opportunities; recommend and influence customer leadership to adopt best-practice and innovative Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll solutions
  • Engage with customers across industries—including public sector/government, education, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and telco—often in large-scale, multi-country environments and sensitive data contexts requiring appropriate security clearances

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 12+ years of relevant experience, including consulting in IT implementation for Oracle Fusion  HCM and Payroll and/or Oracle E-Business Suite HCM/Payroll
  • Proven track record leading HR and Payroll transformation programs for large-scale enterprises, including complex global design, data conversion, integrations, testing, and cutover
  • Strong project management experience across multi-workstream Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll implementations, with rigorous risk, budget, stakeholder, and vendor management
  • Deep Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll implementation experience (Core HR, Global HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, Talent modules as relevant), including statutory and regulatory compliance
  • 12+ years of experience in Project Management for Oracle or other leading business applications, with emphasis on HR/Payroll operating model change and adoption
  • Hands-on experience implementing:
    o Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (including Payroll)
    o Oracle E-Business Suite HCM/Payroll
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle implementation methodologies and best practices, including data privacy, segregation of duties, security roles, and testing/validation controls
  • Experience working with public/government sector strongly preferred; familiarity with public sector processes, procurement, and security/compliance frameworks
  • Ability to operate in environments requiring or benefiting from security clearance; experience working within clearance-bound delivery teams and processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage HR, Finance, and Payroll leaders and confidently manage CXO-level stakeholders and steering committees across business and IT
