Lead Office Services Associate

We are seeking a professional and customer service focused Lead Office Services Associate to join the Opensity Solutions team at our law firm client's Coral Gables office. In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which may include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. This position will assist in all office services, facilities, IT and hospitality related tasks. Daily tasks may include:
The hours will be 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch (7 hours worked per day).
Main role is front of house, Reception and Hospitality.
Bi-lingual, English and Spanish.
Mail sorting, scanning, and delivering.
Applying postage to mail.
Setting up courier runs.
Printing/copying/binding/scanning of documents.
Invoice processing.
Placing food orders for meetings.
Coordinating office events/ lunches.
Resetting Conference rooms after use.
Monitoring, restocking and ordering supplies.
Records handling.
Communicating with landlord building/facilities requests.
Covering Reception desk and greeting visitors.
Answering & transferring incoming calls.
Monitor conference room scheduler to prep for upcoming meetings.
IT Support (Assign laptops, troubleshoot issues, AV support, image desktops (training is provided)
Position Requirements/Experience/ Education:
High School Diploma; College degree preferred but not required
Bi-lingual, English and Spanish
2-3 years of experience in a professional legal environment
Ability to understand client inquiries and provide effective responses
Experience in using Microsoft Office products and applications
Understands the importance of delivering added value to clients
Team player who can keep a positive attitude, motivate peers, and build relationship
Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of any client information
Displays a pleasant and cheerful disposition at all times
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The Compensation range for this role is 25.00 to 30.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
