Accountabilities:

    The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing client interactions, converting qualified leads into bookings, and delivering a high-quality sales experience throughout the customer journey.

    • Connect with potential clients who have expressed interest through online marketing campaigns and create excitement around available experiences.
    • Conduct engaging phone consultations and deliver persuasive, personalized sales presentations.
    • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals, preferences, and motivations.

    • Guide clients through the complete booking process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first contact to confirmed appointment.

    • Manage and nurture leads through CRM systems while maintaining accurate pipeline information.
