Your New Role...Working closely with FP&A, Accounting Finance teams, and LP legal and territory teams, the main focus of this role is to prepare various types of participation statements for international local productions, with a particular focus on German, Austrian and Swiss productions. Join to contribute to key financial processes and develop expertise in a global environment.

Your Role Accountabilities...
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements including producer participation, talent reporting (§32d UrhG), subsidy reporting, and dubbing contributor reporting for US titles
- Coordinate posting and payment of German statements, ensuring required approvals in collaboration with P2P team
- Coordinate corrections of expenses incorrectly assigned to local production titles with accounting teams
- Respond to internal and external partner queries related to statements, cost, and revenue details
- Review participation statements from third parties and coordinate processing with accounting and P2P teams
- Prepare intercompany reporting, document business processes, and support financial audits
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and respond to ad hoc requests from territories and Home Office
Qualifications & Experience...
- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing a degree) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or other financial reporting and analytics tools is a plus.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. German is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
