Accountabilities:

• Design and oversee end-to-end distributed system architectures with a focus on scalability, resilience, low latency, and global performance.
• Act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating complex requirements into clear technical roadmaps.
• Lead architectural decision-making for enterprise financial systems, ensuring alignment with compliance, security, and business objectives.
• Drive modernization initiatives, including automation, CI/CD optimization, and infrastructure as code practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to define technical vision and ensure execution quality across teams.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance, elevating engineering practices and improving communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage architectural trade-offs and communicate decisions effectively in high-stakes, client-facing environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior or principal architecture or technical leadership roles within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong background in backend system design, including high-performance, distributed, and mission-critical systems.
• Advanced experience with Python and Java ecosystems (Django, Flask, FastAPI, microservices, REST APIs, Spring Boot, Swagger).
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex stakeholder environments, including negotiation and alignment with senior business leaders.
• Experience in designing systems under strict compliance, security, and audit requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced English proficiency.
