Accountabilities:
- Create, manage, and execute comprehensive social media content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate content scheduling, publishing workflows, and deadlines to maintain a consistent and effective posting strategy.
- Develop technical content that resonates with developers, engineers, and technical decision-makers, including tutorials, educational content, and industry insights.
- Collaborate with technical teams and developer advocates to transform complex concepts into engaging social media formats.
- Manage daily social media activities across channels such as LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Monitor developer communities, participate in relevant conversations, and optimize content based on audience behavior.
- Analyze content performance, prepare reporting, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
- Build and manage employee advocacy programs by creating shareable content and supporting team members in amplifying key messages.
- Support executive social media presence by developing content, coordinating posts, and preparing communication strategies for leadership.
- Train and guide employees on social media best practices and brand standards.
- 8+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS, software, or technology companies.
- Proven experience creating content for technical, developer, or engineering-focused audiences.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content management tools, particularly Sprout Social.
- Strong track record of managing content calendars, publishing workflows, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical audiences.
- Understanding of developer tools, programming concepts, and technical terminology.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with experience partnering with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in a remote environment.
