Accountabilities:

    • Design, build, and maintain scalable marketing data pipelines and architectures using modern data stack practices, including Medallion architecture and dimensional modeling.
    • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to transform raw marketing data into clean, reliable, and report-ready datasets.
    • Build and maintain semantic layers (e.g., LookML and/or dbt models) enriched with business context and metadata to support both BI tools and AI-driven analytics.
    • Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks to forecast marketing performance and improve decision-making across funnels and campaigns.
    • Support marketing attribution modeling initiatives to measure channel effectiveness and campaign impact accurately.
    • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance through monitoring, validation, and standardization processes.
    • Design and maintain documentation, version control (e.g., GitHub), and reusable data assets for scalable analytics usage.
    • Create and support AI-powered workflows and reusable “AI skills” that enable natural language interaction with marketing data.
    • Conduct AI and data quality validation cycles to ensure reliability, accuracy, and consistency of AI-generated insights.
    • Contribute to the definition of metadata standards and responsible AI practices for marketing analytics systems.
    • Requirements:

      • 3–5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI engineering, or closely related data roles.
      • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for production-grade data pipelines and analytics workflows.
      • Solid experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and orchestration tools such as dbt, Airflow, or equivalents.
      • Strong knowledge of dimensional data modeling and modern data architecture practices.
      • Hands-on experience with semantic layer tools such as Looker/LookML (preferred), Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
      • Experience working in cross-functional environments with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Practical experience with LLMs and agentic workflows, including building, testing, or integrating AI-assisted data systems.
      • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Nice to have: experience in marketing analytics domains such as customer funnels, attribution modeling, CRM, or growth analytics.
