If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you.Your RoleAs a Product Designer at bunch, you will ship high-quality product experiences in one of our product squads and be accountable for the craft, clarity, and impact of your work.You will:Own end-to-end UX/UI for well-scoped initiatives, from early concept through launch and iterationPartner with Product to clarify problems, constraints, and success criteria, and contribute to discovery (interviews, workflows, synthesis)Produce clear flows, interaction states, and high-fidelity UI in Figma, and create prototypes for alignment and testingRun lightweight usability tests and use data where available to validate and iterateApply our design system consistently, identify gaps, and contribute improvements (components, patterns, documentation)Provide specs, states, and rationale, and partner with engineers to ensure quality in buildCommunicate trade-offs and rationale clearly with PM, Engineering, Ops, and other stakeholdersParticipate in critiques and reviews; ask for feedback early and oftenAbout you3+ years in product design (or equivalent), ideally in B2B SaaS or complex workflowsStrong portfolio showing end-to-end thinking, iteration, and ability to simplify complexitySolid foundations in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and accessibility basicsStrong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping) and comfort working with design systemsExperience designing data-heavy UIs (tables, bulk actions, filters, exports) and/or permissioned workflowsClear written and verbal communicator, collaborative, and pragmaticExperience in fintech, private markets, regulated industries, or document-heavy systems is a plusOur design stackDesign: Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping) + internal design systemResearch & validation: lightweight usability testing, product analyticsCollaboration: Notion, Linear, SlackFrontend (for context): TypeScript, Svelte + SvelteKit but moving towards React Workplace & BenefitsCustomizable benefits package (wellbeing, sport, mobility, food, and more)28 days of vacation, plus 2 company days and local public holidaysRemote-flexible hybrid (3 days/week in office)Up to 4 remote calendar weeks a yearA great tech and work setupWork with a diverse team of 120+ bunchies from 40+ countries, with leaders who are best-in-class in their domainsHiring processPeople Team Interview (20 min) – Meet us & check initial fitHiring Manager Interview (60 min) – Collaboration, ownership, and craftPortfolio Review + Case Discussion (60 min) – Deep-dive into past work and design thinkingCross-functional Interview (60 min) – Working with PM and EngineeringFinal Round – Meet our Tech leadershipOptional Meet & Greet (30 min) – Meet your future teammatesQuestions?
