Accountabilities:
- Leading the end-to-end product design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design.
- Designing user experiences across Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Applying Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) standards and components to create consistent and efficient user interfaces.
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Salesforce Developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective design solutions.
- Conducting usability research, validating assumptions, gathering user feedback, and iterating designs based on insights.
- Creating user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design documentation using tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
- Ensuring design decisions align with Salesforce platform capabilities, technical constraints, accessibility standards, and strategic goals.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of product design processes, workflows, and usability practices.
- Communicating design rationale clearly and advocating for user needs throughout product development cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Salesforce certification required, including one of the following:
- Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Strategy Designer.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
- Proven experience designing digital products within Salesforce, CRM, or enterprise software environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects and measurable business impact.
- Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, design systems, and accessibility standards.
- Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders in agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present design decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-focused mindset.
