Position Description Logistics Engineer Global Location Mexico, Querétaro Hiring Manager email jose.becerra@brp.com Recruiter email karime.monter@brp.com Apply Now  POSITION OBJECTIVE:Define, improve, implement and document all the material flow processes with the right resources in order to reach your main objective which is to support the growth and to ensure logistics readiness for all MY changes or new platform introductions.  ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:Route design and balancing, material flow analysis, Kitting and SequencingPFEP and Master data updated.Improvement and cost reduction projects.Kanban systems implementation (Cards, Pick-to-light, Call parts, SAP replenishment)Takt time studies, workload analysis, process mapping and VSMDesign or improve rolling equipment, sequenced carts, platforms, trolleys or any MHE. Space capacity and storage strategies analysis (mt² & pp), Layout design and simulations on AutoCADOne-piece flow and model-mix strategy deploymentFollow BRP values and behaviorsEnsure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topicsEnforce Quality BRP policy. TECHNICAL SKILLS:Combination of model and part flowHealth & safety knowledgeDesing and balancing of routes and flow materialsSAP management English language advancedMicrosoft office QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree related to Engineering or similar3 Years: At least in Logistics or Industrial Engineering ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs, and experiences.
