This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll work across the entire organization, providing practical legal support on a wide range of matters. Reporting to our General Counsel, you will partner closely with the business, helping teams move fast, make well-informed decisions and navigate a rapidly evolving landscape while managing legal risk.What You’ll Do:Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreementsPartner with stakeholders across the business, providing practical legal advice on day-to-day mattersManage corporate housekeeping and ensure strong corporate governanceSupport M&A projects and other strategic business initiativesBuild and manage relationships with external counsel, coordinating specialist advice when neededDevelop templates, playbooks and scalable ways of working, leveraging AI and automation to make legal support faster, smarter and more efficientStay on top of relevant legal development, translating them into clear, pragmatic guidance for the businessWho You Are:You're a qualified lawyer who thrives in a broad, hands-on role and enjoys working close to the business in a fast-moving environment. You combine sound legal judgement with a pragmatic mindset.You also bring:A Swedish law degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience from a law firm or an in-house legal teamFluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken (German is a plus)Experience of, or a genuine interest in, working across a broad range of legal matters rather than specializing in one areaA practical, business-oriented approach and the confidence to work independently in a high-growth...
