Marketing Senior, Market Insights (Remote) Preferable Location(s): Pune, India | Mumbai, India | Delhi, India | Panaji, India | Hyderabad, India | Chennai, India | Gurugram, India | Bengaluru, India Work Type: Full Time Apply Now This role is open to individuals residing in India with a valid work permit.About the Role:The role in one sentenceYou will turn PriceLabs' market and pricing data into clear, decision-ready stories used in PR, thought leadership, and executive-level communication.Why this role existsPriceLabs has access to some of the most granular pricing and booking data in the short-term rental industry.What we don't have enough of yet is speed and consistency in turning that data into high-quality external stories. Today, too much of this work is bottlenecked by senior leadership.Speed matters. We expect this person to use LLMs and lightweight automation as a core part of how they work — to explore data faster, draft narratives, and cut down the cycle from question to publishable story.You will own the data → insight → narrative pipeline, applying consulting-grade rigor and strong data visualization to help PriceLabs show up as a credible source of market insight.Who this role is forThis role is a strong fit for ex-consultants (strategy, analytics, internal consulting) who:enjoy structuring ambiguous questionsare comfortable deciding what matters (and what doesn't)care deeply about how insights are presentedwant ownership rather than slide-factory workIf you've ever thought, "This analysis is right, but the story and visuals could be much clearer," you'll feel at home here.About the Role:Insight discovery (≈40%)Translate open-ended questions into analytical approachesPull and explore internal datasets and BI toolsSelect the right metrics, comparisons, and cutsIdentify trends and patterns worth sharing externallyUse LLMs to accelerate data exploration, hypothesis generation, and first-pass synthesisStorytelling & narrative framing (≈30%)Distil analyses into clear story angles and headlinesStructure narratives that answer: why this matters, who should care, and what it impliesEnsure every story has a point of viewUse LLMs as a thinking and drafting partner — while keeping the point of view, judgment, and editorial bar your ownVisualization & presentation quality (≈20%)Create clean, external-ready charts and visualsChoose the right visualization for the messageMaintain a clear bar between internal analysis and PR-ready assetsUse AI tooling where it helps (chart drafts, formatting, copy polish) without compromising the visual standardEnablement & collaboration (≈10%)Partner closely with PR, content, and marketingBuild reusable datasets, templates, and standardsReduce rework and approval loopsBuild lightweight automations and reusable AI workflows so the team scales without adding headcountWhat success looks likePR stories move faster and require less rewritingData-driven stories are published more frequentlyMarket data presentations feel consistently sharpLeadership moves from fixing to approvingPriceLabs becomes a go-to source for market insightHow we workWe treat AI as leverage, not as a replacement for thinking.
