Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical product support for our customers, either in person, on the phone or any other reasonable means of commuications
- Maintain accurate records of service cases and troubleshooting steps taken by entering them into the computer
- Work with the Warranty Administrator when warranty parts are needed to ensure timely repairs are held to a schedule
- Willing to be cross-trained for repairing and reconditioning Vanair products in-house
- Must be willing to work various condtions, including but not limited to:
- Inside offices
- Inside production areas and garages
- Outdoors in all weather condtions
Job Requirements
• Self-starter, organized and punctual
• Must be computer literate
• Possess a general mechanical apptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Good electrical aptitude (12V and 120V) for machinery and mechanical devices
• Must be able to work in a high-stress environment, operate as a team, and interface with other departments
• Must be able to work in a safe manner with no supervision
Education requirements
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
