**Summary:** Meta is seeking a Treasury Director to join our Treasury Organization. Treasury’s mission is to enable growth, profitability and maximize shareholder value by effectively managing liquidity, maximize the efficient use of resources, minimize financial risks, provide advisory to business, and identify capital resources optimization opportunities. This leader will have a proven track record of providing Treasury advisory to key Business and Finance initiatives in a fast-paced environment, and supporting the management of execution across relevant Treasury pillars. You are a self-starter, fast learner and capable of working with limited direction while taking full ownership of your areas of responsibility. This leader will be expected to anticipate and surface issues, solve problems, recommend solutions, and exercise good business judgment while performing these functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong Treasury background and expertise in areas of cash management, banking products, payment landscape, control, and governance, as well as strong communication skills to effectively facilitate information flow between cross functional business partners and internal Treasury. Effective time management and prioritization skills in managing multiple projects are essential to the success of this role. This role will support various areas focusing on driving core treasury efficiencies and strategic initiatives that enable process optimization, innovative solutions, and operational excellence. **Required Skills:** Director of Treasury, Value Creation & Strategic Partnership Responsibilities: 1. Conduct in-depth analysis, provide insights, and evaluate complex initiatives to inform decision-making and drive meaningful impact. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders and Meta FinTech (MFT) business partners to understand top objectives they are trying to achieve, and provide expert advice on Treasury requirements and implications. 3. Provide robust insights to internal Treasury leadership on new business initiatives, potential impacts, gather feedback, and partner to implement solutions and support strategic direction. 4. Proactively identify and implement opportunities spanning MFT and Treasury simultaneously mitigating risk. 5. Manage a portfolio of projects and strategic Treasury partnerships including communication with pillar leads and coordinating with cross-functional business partners to meet timelines and requirements. 6. Develop and implement governance structures, decision-making frameworks, and evaluate processes for any control impact to business process changes. 7. Independently lead business process reviews, provide relevant solution ideas, and partner with internal stakeholders. 8. Create memos and presentation materials to effectively communicate strategies and influence stakeholders. 9. Partner with stakeholders to seek out, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 10. 10+ years of experience in multi-national corporate treasury environment 11. Effective written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience communicating technical and detailed Treasury information to various stakeholders 12. Strategic focus coupled with the expertise to deep dive when required 13. Passion for problem solving and experience thinking through problems creatively and systematically, to prioritize them, and to identify and evaluate alternative solutions 14. Understanding of core Treasury processes and experience evaluating impact based on business partners proposed roadmap 15.
