Management and Program Analyst

Provides operational oversight of the operating budget to assure that necessary actions are taken to stay within the budget and accomplish the mission. Negotiates changes in Interservice Support Agreements to obtain required services and resources needed for mission accomplishment and assures all charges are appropriate. Establishes policies and guidelines to ensure all billings for services requested are accurate and reflect the necessary information for approval and payment.
