SUPO, where required)Why this role matters?You will provide critical, hands-on IT support for our global manufacturing sites, ensuring operational continuity and team productivity.As the primary on-site IT presence for our new and growing manufacturing facilities, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of all local IT systems—from office workstations and meeting rooms to the crucial network and computing infrastructure on the manufacturing floor. You will be an experienced IT engineer, capable of independently handling a wide variety of technical challenges.As a key member of the global IT team, you will blend dedicated local support with broader operational responsibilities, contributing to the resolution of IT issues for our worldwide staff via our central IT Service Desk.Who We AreICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. The company has more than 900 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.Your day-to-day responsibilities• Provide hands-on support for local IT systems including endpoints, operating systems, printers, and meeting room technology• Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing IT infrastructure, including Linux-based systems and local network connectivity• Resolve global IT support requests via Jira Service Management, contributing to shared service desk operations• Manage user access and permissions using IAM tools, and maintain clear documentation for site systems and processesMust haves:• Proven experience in hands-on IT support, field engineering, or systems administration• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and experience resolving connectivity issues• Experience supporting office IT equipment, collaboration tools, and service desk platformsNice to haves:• Experience with Okta or other identity and access management platforms• Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Workspace ONE or Jamf• Experience supporting Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environmentsApplication Process• TA Screen (30 mins)• Technical Interview with Team (60 mins)• Interview with Country ManagerWorking at ICEYEAt ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
