Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative to join a fast-paced B2B sales engine. In this role, you will be the frontline of our growth strategy, responsible for sparking interest and creating opportunities with key stakeholders. This is a high-volume, high-impact position designed for a hunter who thrives on the phones, excels at overcoming objections, and is eager to accelerate their career in professional sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns, maintaining a daily output of 80 to 100 cold calls.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads through rigorous discovery to ensure alignment with our core solutions.
  • Overcome gatekeepers and navigate complex B2B organizational structures to secure meetings for Account Executives.
  • Meticulously track all activity and lead status within the CRM to ensure data integrity and seamless handoffs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume cold calling requirements (80-100 calls per day).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Resilience and a "hunter" mentality; you view rejection as a step toward the next "yes."
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-velocity workflow.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using advanced sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or ZoomInfo).
  • Prior experience in specialized B2B sectors or SaaS environments.
  • A history of exceeding monthly or quarterly meeting-set quotas.
