Takes ownership of AI-generated artifacts and uses data and engineering metrics to continuously improve development and live-site operations for large-scale authentication systems. Coding Writes and reviews secure, reliable, and performant code that powers critical authentication infrastructure, including token services, session systems, and key management. Emphasizes diagnosability, telemetry, and resiliency to support high-scale, mission-critical services. Uses data, monitoring, and incident learnings to continuously improve system quality and reduce production risk. Design Designs and evolves distributed systems that operate at global scale, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of authentication services. Considers end-to-end system interactions across dependencies, incorporating security, compliance, and resilience into architecture decisions. Drives designs that are testable, observable, and built for safe deployment and rapid recovery. Engineering Excellence Applies strong engineering fundamentals to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable infrastructure. Emphasizes automation, safe deployment practices, and “security by design” to protect sensitive auth flows and data. Partners across teams to ensure systems meet reliability, scalability, and compliance requirements in production environments.
