This role ensures operational efficiency, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards across departments. You will provide hands-on leadership on the floor, remove bottlenecks in real time, and ensure clear communication between shift leads and team members. If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you! What you’ll doOversee all production operations during your assigned shift, including production, post-production, quality control, and shippingPrioritize daily workload and allocate labor to ensure orders are completed on timeIdentify and resolve production bottlenecks by redistributing resources as neededEnsure all departments produce and ship parts that meet established quality standardsMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient production floorLead shift huddles to ensure clear communication, alignment on priorities, and smooth shift transitionsSupport training, coaching, and development of team members and shift leadsAddress personnel concerns and administer corrective action when necessary in partnership with leadershipCommunicate with Customer Support and Preflight teams regarding order issues and collaborate on solutionsComplete end-of-shift reporting and operational updatesPerform other related duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountableExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesClear and effective communication skills with all levels of managementAbility to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience handling personnel issues and administering corrective actionPreferred QualificationsExperience in sheet metal fabrication or CNC manufacturingExperience leading multi-department production teamsFamiliarity with production tracking systems or workflow management toolsExperience driving process improvements or efficiency initiativesEssential Physical RequirementsAbility to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shiftsAbility to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipmentWork EnvironmentManufacturing and production floor environmentWork performed around CNC lasers, press brakes, and material handling equipmentExposure to noise, moving machinery, and metal materialsUse of required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all timesScheduleMonday - Thursday, 3:00PM-1:00AM Salary Description $60,000 - $90,000/year Apply View All Jobs
