What this opportunity involves: 

As the Space Data Analyst you are to lead the strategic management of space data and CAD systems across our client portfolios, delivering accurate insights that drive workplace transformation and portfolio optimization. As the Subject Matter Expert for space data management, you'll manage CAFM/IWMS databases, ensure data integrity across platforms, and provide critical reporting that informs executive decision-making and financial planning 

 

An overview of the role: 

  • Serve as the single point of contact for space data systems, CAD drawing changes, and spatial reporting across client portfolios 

  • Drive process excellence by leading data validation programmes, maintaining compliance with drawing standards, and developing standardised workflows for floorplan updates 

  • Play a key role in financial allocation cycles, providing data-driven insights to assist with financial forecasts and portfolio optimization 

  • Conduct facility audits to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence across client properties 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data across multiple platforms while building strong client relationships 

  • Develop strategic reporting, dashboards, and visualizations that inform executive decision-making 

 

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for: 

  • Proven experience in data reporting and analysis, with proficiency in BI software (Power BI, Tableau preferred) and Microsoft Excel 

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural floor plans and CAD drawings 

  • Experience in space/occupancy planning highly desirable; AutoCAD or CAD management experience 

  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data integrity 

  • Independent self-starter with ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage deadlines in an agile environment 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders 

  • Background in database management, quality assurance, or analytical roles in planning and coordination 

  • Transferable skills from data-driven industries (finance, healthcare, retail, logistics) are valued
