Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity

As a Test Specialist, you will engage in the dynamic field of software and product innovation, focusing on testing and quality assurance. Within our Managed Services practice, you will evaluate systems or software applications to identify any defects, errors, or gaps in functionality. This role involves executing various test cases and scenarios to validate that systems meet specified requirements and perform as expected.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions. You will utilize a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the evolving needs of clients.

Responsibilities

- Executing comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes to identify defects and validate software functionality aligns with requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test cases and scenarios for software validation
- Utilizing automation testing tools to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency
- Conducting performance testing to evaluate system reliability and identify potential bottlenecks
- Managing defect tracking and resolution processes to maintain software quality standards
- Applying analytical thinking to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues effectively
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools
- Supporting client engagements by providing insights and recommendations based on test results
- Leveraging agile methodologies to adapt testing strategies in response to changing project requirements
- Building meaningful client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering quality solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

- Demonstrating proficiency in Agile SDLC and Agile Program Management
- Utilizing Automation Testing and Performance Testing techniques
- Excelling in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and Quality Control Testing
- Navigating complex client relationships with effective communication skills

- Embracing change and learning agility in dynamic environments
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering collaborative teamwork

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
