Business Solution Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM and Web implementations
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with D365 functional consultants, developers, and architects
  • Support configuration of entities (tables), relationships, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
  • Define and document end-to-end business processes across Sales, Service, and Partner/Account management
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint reviews
  • Plan and support UAT execution, defect triage, and business sign-off
  • Coordinate with integration teams on data migration, data synchronization, and API-based integrations
  • Ensure CRM solutions align with business objectives and platform best practices
  • Support release planning, production deployment, and post-go-live activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Solid understanding of:
    • D365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Partner/Account Management)
    • Dataverse data model and security roles
    • CRM processes and workflows
  • Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC):
    • Understanding of standard objects, flows, and CRM processes
    • Exposure to SFDC-to-D365 or multi-CRM environments is a plus
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Exposure to enterprise integrations and API-based systems
  • Experience with data migration, reporting, or analytics
  • Relevant CRM certifications (D365 or SFDC)
