Mfg Support Supervisor

As a Mfg Support Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing support team to ensure efficient and effective production processes. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity, inventory control within the manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will impact the overall success of our manufacturing operations by leading a team of support staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring that production goals are met. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining a high-performance culture.

• Provide support and guidance to the manufacturing team.
• Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
• Optimize productivity and maintain quality standards.
• Identify and implement process enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze production data to drive continuous improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing tools and systems relevant to production support.
• Ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements.
