Business Development Representative Director
Role responsibilities
The BDR Director will manage a team of 7 BDRs, providing leadership and coaching while designing multi-channel outbound strategies. They will also oversee team performance data and collaborate with various departments to implement campaigns that support strategic objectives.
Requirements
Candidates should have 8+ years of management experience in a Go-To-Market organization, preferably in a B2B SaaS company. A strong analytical mindset and advanced experience with Salesforce and other outbound tools are also required.
